Payment
Once you place an order, an order confirmation with both order ID and bank details will be sent to you. Once you make a payment, please send us the payment proof with your relevant order ID to either our Instagram or to info@wyrdnweft.ltd. Please make sure to include your invoice ID in the reference field when making your payment.
Pre-Orders & Production
All pieces are made-to-order through timed exclusive drops. Once we announce a drop, you have a limited timeframe to place your order. After that period closes, all orders go straight to production with no cancellations possible. Production timelines and delivery dates may vary depending on demand and material availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible before customer makes the payment - provide your full name as mentioned in the order form to our Instagram or our email info@wyrdnweft.ltd. If a payment has been made it's not possible to cancel your order as it will be processed and placed for production by our overseas partners.
Shipping & Delivery
Islandwide or overseas depending on the region, shipping charges will apply and vary. Once your order is done with production, a tracking number will be sent to your email address where you can keep track of your order. As for Sri Lankan customers, once your package arrives in Sri Lanka it will be processed and delivered to you via our domestic courier partner within 24-72 hours.
If your package gets lost or damaged during domestic delivery within Sri Lanka, contact us immediately via Instagram or info@wyrdnweft.ltd and we'll sort it out. Please include your full name and order ID in your message. For international orders, while this doesn't apply to you, feel free to reach out if any delivery issues occur.
Pricing
For Sri Lankan customers, shipping charges are included in the displayed price. For international orders, shipping charges will vary based on your location and will be calculated separately via our production partner.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are not possible at the moment. However, if our production partner sends you a defective or incorrect item, you will receive a full refund with no trouble.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your size selection and order details before submitting your order form. You can request any changes after receiving your order confirmation but before making payment. Once payment is made, no changes are possible.
Sizing & Fit
Size charts will be mentioned on the order forms. If you're unsure, you can always check our size chart on the website.
Your Responsibilities
Double-check your delivery address, payment details, and size selection. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses, payments made to wrong account numbers, or wrong sizes selected by the customer.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to refuse delivery on any order, with a full refund provided only if payment has been made. We may update these terms occasionally - continued use means you accept changes.
Privacy
We collect your info through Google Forms for order processing & delivery purposes only. Your details are deleted after delivery completion and we don't sell or share your information with anyone.
Intellectual Property
Our designs draw inspiration from historical and cultural sources. While we respect traditional heritage, our specific interpretations are our creative work.
Life Happens
If aliens invade, natural disasters strike, or the internet breaks permanently, we'll do our best but can't promise miracles. Sometimes the universe has other plans.
